2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account and access our services on pko99, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks at any time, and accounts found to contain false information will be terminated.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, address, date of birth, and mobile number.
  • You must ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in your area of residence.

  • Large withdrawals may be held pending if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, the payment provider may apply their own fees.
  • In cases of suspicious transactions, pko99 may delay payment while an investigation is conducted.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pko99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

  • The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only. Each person may receive the welcome bonus once per account.

  • The applicable bonus conditions must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned using a bonus.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent claims will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

5 Gaming Rules & Policies

All gaming and Sports Betting activities on pko99 are governed by the rules set out below. These rules apply equally to all Members.

6 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

Pko99 operates as a fair and transparent platform. Any attempt to cheat or gain an unfair advantage is detected immediately by our systems, and strict action will be taken.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
  • Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
  • Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or other illegal means.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or engaging in hacking.
  • Stealing or using another member's account credentials without authorisation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pko99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. In general, such action is taken under the following circumstances.

  • Any serious breach of the terms will result in immediate account suspension.
  • Withdrawal access will be limited if KYC verification is not completed.
  • Accounts may be placed under investigation if suspicious transactions or potential fraud are detected.
  • Self-exclusion requests made by a member will take effect immediately.
  • A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Pko99 will endeavour to notify users before closing their account. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

8 Limitation of Liability

Pko99 provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts limited liability for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.

  • If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • pko99 is not liable for delays caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
  • If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence, the user bears full responsibility for any resulting losses.
  • pko99 is not liable for any account or fund holds made at the direction of legal authorities.

9 Terms Update & Amendment Policy

Pko99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

  • Any changes to the terms will take effect 7 days after the date of publication.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
